Habitual smokers = Changing habits

What is the best way to quit smoking?
There is no ‘best’ method that works for everyone. Some people quit straight away, whilst others find it easier to cut down gradually. The most important thing is that the method suits your specific situation and habits. I’ve tried to quit before, but I couldn’t manage it. Is there any point in trying?

Should I stop straight away, or would it be better to taper off gradually?
