1. Introduction and Scope

This Delivery Policy sets out the terms, costs and procedures for the delivery of orders placed with StopNicotine. This policy applies to all orders placed via our online shop, Google shopping, the Shop app by Shopify, and any other 3rd party channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. Delivery Areas

Amongst others, we deliver to any EU country, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Australia. To double check yourself, scroll down to the bottom of our website and select your country. If it's not in the list, unfortunately we don't deliver to your country yet.

Orders from other countries cannot be processed and will be automatically blocked during the ordering process or cancelled after submission. Within the countries listed, we deliver to residential addresses. Delivery is made via letterbox delivery. During checkout you can also choose a pick up point near your residential address.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the offer and destination country, usually shipping costs vary from €4,95 - €14,95. Customers from the UK or US are charged in British pounds or US dollars of course.

All orders above €55 are free of shipping charges.

The applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed to you during the ordering process before you complete your order.

4. Processing and delivery times

Once we have received your order and confirmed payment, the processing time at our warehouse is 24 hours during weekdays. The processing time includes picking, packing and handing over your package to our delivery partner. No orders are processed or dispatched at weekends or on public holidays. Orders received at a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
